Cancellation Policy

Cancellation and Refund Policy 1. Cancellations and Refund Eligibility Customers may cancel a reservation and receive a full refund if the cancellation request is submitted at least 72 hours before the scheduled reservation start time. Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the scheduled reservation start time are not eligible for a refund. 2. Property Modifications and Custom Preparations Reservations that require modifications, alterations, custom construction, or other property preparations specifically requested by the customer are non-refundable. 3. Cancellation Requests All cancellation requests must be submitted in email to Flex.Air.LLC.Support@gmail.com . The cancellation date and time will be determined by when Flex Air receives the request. 4. Acknowledgment By confirming a reservation, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this Cancellation and Refund Policy. Flex Air reserves the right to review exceptional circumstances at its discretion.
